Fabulous Find Friday #4

This week's Fabulous Find is not a product, although, if you read this blog or know me in the slightest, you KNOW I love products!  Rather, this week's Fabulous Find is something I found when writing my most recent article for Associated Content.  It's called Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp.

Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp is a one hour, intense, fun, major calorie burning workout that involves a series of running and interval training exercises that take you across the Brooklyn Bridge.  According to their website, you can burn up to 800 calories in that hour!  This sounds like my kind of workout. Fun, quick, painful, but rewarding.

For just $20 per class, you can take part in this too.  They offer the Boot Camp sessions several days per week and even offer the option to register online!

Why is this a Fabulous Find?  I've got several answers to that question!  First of all, what could be better than working out with the picturesque New York City view in the background?  Secondly, it's relatively inexpensive.  Thirdly, this class produces real results.  This workout has been featured in numerous magazines and in the news.  Not to mention, it's got a pretty generous following of dedicated clients who can't wait to get their boot camp fix!

I can't wait to try this boot camp.  Anyone want to join me?
