I recently started taking a twice daily spoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar (followed by water). A good friend recently told me he'd started taking it and as a result felt more energetic and physically better. Sounds vague and maybe a bit unbelievable, but I've had the same results!
I've noticed that I don't get my normal, intense, "running on empty" feeling at the end of the day. Rather, though my feet may hurt since I'm on them 10 hours each day, I've got the added energy to cook, run, read, and enjoy the second part of my day. It's been awhile since I've consistently felt more alert, awake and vibrant throughout the day. In other words, it's a huge stamina booster. For me, that's the biggest benefit I've experienced from using ACV.
Apple Cider Vinegar also is linked to weight loss (increased metabolism), a stronger immune system, less acne, better digestion and more! I'd imagine that different people experience different benefits from use.
Before adding ACV to your daily routine, I'd recommend doing a little research to see if it's right for you. Research is plentiful, yet limited (if that makes sense) and can seem conflicting, so for that reason I'd form your own opinion first. For me? It's now a staple in my mornings and evenings! However, I'll certainly keep reading up on the subject to see what research is produced in the future. Vinegar has been Round for centuries, so I'm thinking it's (overall) a good, healthful substance.

I've been using Bragg's ACV for many years! I love the stuff. I drink it (when I remember), but mostly use it on salads. YUM! Great to hear from a fellow vinegar lover.
