The day started with a delicious cup of coffee at Troost. They always have the funniest signs outside their store. Hangry?
While Lizzie was inside getting our coffee, Mollie and I stayed outside and people watched. She also managed to step in a puddle of water and leave a precious puppy foot imprint on my boot. :) Cute right? Even cuter - Mollie in her raincoat. Not so cute - closed eyes and butt part bangs. :)

We got a little sidetracked by some fabulous stores on Franklin, so it took us a bit longer to finally arrive. Dalaga had some unique clothing and jewelry at pretty reasonable prices. They even let Mollie come in the store, roam around, and spoiled her with four treats! This store is a Greenpoint gem. About an hour later, we finally arrived at the Greenmarket Farmer's Market!

While we shopped for food, Mollie made friends with about 15 different puppies. One of the fabulous people at Unleash was working at one of the booths and actually remembered Mollie from daycare! Just another reason they are fantastic.

Best purchase of the day: Carrot cake made only with ingredients I can pronounce! It was definitely a delicious treat. I have an alloted amount of sweets I give myself per day (because I'm in the 99th percentile of sweet toothed people), and today's allotment was well used! Other purchases include pickles, bread, peppers, and honey! The market also had a variety of meats, fish, dairy and fruit for sale too. It's definitely a hit. Want more info?
