Viva La DELICIOUS NYC FOOD

As a lover of food, I'm always looking for foods and food establishments that are jam packed with flavor and soul. Today I found one such place on my way to a meeting in Union Square.  I needed a pick me up (aka...COFFEE) and a little bit to eat, and luckily I stumbled upon this great place.

The name, you ask?

Viva La Crepe

I first discovered my love of crepes when Chandler and I were visited Paris in 2008 during our study abroad ventures.  At the time, I wasn't allergic to Nutella, so I naturally had Nutella crepes in Paris since those are the best!  Sadly, I've developed quite a nasty hazelnut allergy since those days, so I opted for the Sugar and Butter crepe today.  And, boy, was it delicious!  Just what I needed.  Here's a picture of the half eaten thing. :)

Sugar and butter not your thing? No biggie.  Try one of the savory crepes.  They are more filling and would make a better meal if that's what you're looking for.  I plan to try #8 next - smoked salmon, cream cheese, spinach and capers. Yummy!

My one complaint is that these crepes are a bit pricey; however, I'd say the price is worth an occasional visit to this yummy place.  Wouldn't you?
